BDG Entertainment Inc. (“Sponsor”) is offering the Bodog Music Swag Bag Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal U.K. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Must possess a valid email address. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, representatives, agents, promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this promotion, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and individuals residing (whether or not related) of those employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
HOW TO ENTER: Go online to www.bodoglife.net/wutangclan between 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) 16 March 2008 and 11:59 p.m. PT 31 July 2008, and complete an official entry form. Sponsor, affiliates, sales representatives, participating retailers, distributors and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this promotion are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries. Entrant must include all data requested for the Sweepstakes entry to be valid. Limit one entry per person/valid email address. Subsequent entries from the same individual will be automatically disqualified. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Prize is nontransferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of the same approximate retail value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Value of all prizes to be awarded is $1225US. Winner responsible for all taxes and fees.
WINNERS: Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing on or about 5 August 2008. The potential prize winner(s) will be notified by phone/express mail to the address indicated on the entry on or about 7 August 2008. To become eligible for the prize, the potential prize winner must complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, and publicity release within seven (7) calendar days after notice is sent, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize will be sent to the winner at the address given approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the drawing, and undeliverable prizes will be forfeited and a new winner chosen, if possible. Any necessary alternate winners will be selected in a similar random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s and guest’s consent that their name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participants agree (a) that Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively “Releasees”) are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes or prize related activities and (b) winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the right to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, video, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners may be required to be photographed with representative(s) of Bodog and provide Bodog with a quote containing their true thoughts about Bodog and the Sweepstakes. Any such meeting with Bodog representative(s) for the stated purposes will be arranged with the winner(s) by Bodog at a mutually convenient time and place, and the reasonable cost (as solely determined by Bodog) of a winner's attending the meeting will be borne by Bodog. This quote and/or photo may be used (but Bodog will be under no obligation to do so) on the above and/or Bodog web sites and/or in newsletters and/or press releases (or as otherwise solely determined by Sponsor) concerning the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. Only the stated prize will be awarded. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or any cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation and, if so, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received. ONLINE REGISTRATION: If for any reason the Sweepstakes, including the online portion, is not capable of running as planned, including disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Sponsor or its designated agents deem responsible and Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, with appropriate alternate method of prize award selected. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize.
